Regenerative Breathwork sessions are designed to help you shift from the head to the body, releasing stress and anxiety and immersing you in a deep sense of peace, from the comfort of your own home.

Each Regenerative Breathwork lasts for one hour, with 45 minutes spent breathing. 

Here’s what you can expect:

An Immersive Experience

The combination of an eye mask, headphones, and music allows you to be fully present in the moment and experience a much-needed emotional release.

Use your breath to let go of your fears and create a more harmonious balance between your mind and spirit.

I will gently lead you through the session, creating a relaxed environment where you have permission to take up space.
