A little on Trauma

If you heard me talk about trauma, you might think it doesn’t relate to you.

Because trauma is tragedy, heartbreak, abuse, right?

It’s high on the emotional richter scale.

But the truth is the tiniest, and on the face of it, a harmless incident can leave trauma trapped in your body.

As we go through life, we collect small ’t’ traumas and big ‘t’ traumas.

Like collecting stones on every walk and not emptying your heavy pockets.

Except our ‘heavy pockets’ as humans show up in our emotions, such as intense fear, anxiety, or sadness, even in seemingly unrelated situations. Physically, it can lead to symptoms like headaches, fatigue, or even chronic pain. Trauma can also impact our relationships, making it challenging to trust others or form healthy connections.

And most of the things we try to help only make it worse.

Another book, podcast, workshop or course to try and ‘fix’ yourself.

Now you feel like you’ve tried everything so it must just be you.

And it is… just not in the way you think

You haven’t released the traumas in your cells, tissues and organs because all of the things you’ve tried haven’t gone there.

But breathwork does!

It travels through your body, searching for what it instinctively knows needs to be removed.

Imagine a bottle of sparkling water, the bubbles all being your traumas. Tap the bottle and the bubbles will rise to the surface to be released. Leaving you with such lightness and joy.

If you’ve read this far, it’s probably for a reason.

So take this as a nudge to reach out to me and find out about my Transformational Breathwork Journeys.

What if this was the thing that may just change your life?
