Starting your Breathwork Journey?

Working with our breath is like using a new muscle, it needs practice and consistency to really have long lasting effect.

When people are starting out their Breathwork Journey they often won’t know where to start, the benefits of Breathwork and how to make continued progress. I’d like to share with you where to begin and the journey’s I offer as The Breathwork Goddess.

If you have very little, or no experience with Breathwork it’s best to start with Functional Breathwork so that we can look at how you are breathing. This is your starting point and as a Breathwork journey, it is a downregulation journey meaning it’s calm, relaxing and perfect for beginners. Once we can assess your breathing comfortably, and depending on the findings, I may incorporate different tools to help you balance, calm and activate the nervous system.

Following on from Functional Breathwork is Regenerative Breathwork, which is a comfortable guided journey with music to also balance and down regulate helping you calm the nervous system and allowing you to embrace peace.

Finally, we have Transformational Breathwork, also a guided journey with music however unlike Functional and Regenerative Breathwork which are down regulatory breathwork sessions, Transformational Breathwork is an activating breathwork technique to help you shut off the ‘monkey mind’ and get into the subconscious state. While there, we can seed new ideas into the subconscious to help you release trauma and unprocessed emotions. This is powerful work!

All of these tools can be delivered online, 1:1 or in a group session.
